ODT Classroom Formation Activity: The Way to Be Together

How do you turn a collection of individuals into a cohesive group? The activity that will take the class out of its routine and bring them back connected, attentive, and stronger.

ODT Classroom Formation Activity – The Way to Be Together

Daniel Hasid 's ODT Formation Activity – Projects in Education is the most effective tool for building a cohesive classroom. In an era of screens and alienation, we bring back interpersonal communication, eye contact, and collaboration.

Through experiential and focused activities, students learn to see each other in a new light, collaborate to succeed in challenges, and quickly discover that together they are much stronger. This is the best way to reduce the effects of isolation, loneliness, and social distancing.

What is special about our activity?

  • Challenging team building tasks and trust games tailored precisely to the group's age and dynamics.
  • Developing SEL skills: communication, listening, collaboration, and young leadership.
  • An experience with added value that stays with the children long after the activity is over.
  • Professional guidance that sees every child and gives them space.

Why does it work?

ODT (Outdoor Training) builds team through shared successes. When the class faces a challenge in the field, they must find creative solutions together. Children discover the power of belonging, trust, and friendship – tools that will accompany them both in the classroom and in adult life.

Frequently asked questions about the consolidation activity

Where does the activity take place? Do I have to leave school?

The beauty of ODT is the flexibility. We can hold the activity in the schoolyard, in the gym, in a nearby city park or in the forest. We come to you with all the necessary equipment, so there is no need to book buses.

What happens if it rains or is very hot?

We are prepared for any scenario. On hot days, we hold the activity in shaded areas and incorporate multiple water breaks. On rainy days, the activity can be moved to a sports hall or a large enclosed space at the school – the activity is effective and fun even indoors (Indoor ODT).

Is the activity also suitable for children with special needs?

Absolutely. One of our guiding principles is "No One Is Left Behind." The activities are modular and can be adapted to any physical or cognitive ability. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare and adjust the stations optimally.

Is there insurance and permits for the activity?

Of course. The activity is fully insured with third-party insurance and employers' liability. In addition, the program is officially approved in the Ministry of Education's program database (Registration No. 11854) and meets all strict safety standards.

What ages is the activity suitable for?

We adapt the level of challenge and discussion to the age of the participants. We operate programs tailored to elementary school students (emphasis on play and cooperation), middle school students (boycott prevention and social dynamics), and high school students (leadership and life preparation).
